British, George II, halfcrown 1746, uncertain (Carribean ?) countermark on the obverse.
This coin has been countermarked on the obverse with a countermark which features four squares, two divided with two lines, and two divided with a single line. I have been unable to identify this countermark but it is presumably Irish or Caribbean in origin.
about VF, light tone. Presumably very rare and worthy of further research.
