A marriage is recorded between Albert Edward Cook and Emma Brown in 1903 in Edmonton, Middlesex.
Engraved on a Willam III crown, which had already been used as a love token, obverse inscription reads: M*H/1794
The reverse inscription reads: MAY GOD WHO SENDS THE DINNER BLESS THE COOK / A.E.C. TO E.B.C. HIS GOOD COOK.
Both inscriptions well preserved, the first somewhat worn, attractively toned.
