Greek, Sicily, Gela, AR didrachm c. 480 BC, forepart of man-headed bull (river deity Gelas) to right, ethnic/warrior on horseback, about to throw javelin. 8.43 g. 


VF or better, old cabinet toning. From exquisitely fine dies and with an excellent provenance.
