Greek, Etruria, Populonia, AR 20 asses, c. 3rd century BC, facing head of gorgon, denomination XX below/blank. 20 mm, 8.13 g.

Etruscan coins of this period typically have no reverse design, and although sometimes reverse dies were prepared with the ethnic (name of the city) in Etruscan script, the local practice of using dies until they were destroyed by wear means that coins with anything legible on the reverse are very unusual.

VF or better, bright metal, struck from a worn obverse die as often seen.
